Hello, I am the owner of Dauntless Solutions. Over the past nine years, I have installed over 1,000 systems, helped grow solar companies, trained new installers to become complete project leads, managed entire regions of a state with many crews, and handled every type of system, including large commercial and ground mounts. I have encountered installers at all skill levels. For this position, I am seeking the exceptional. If you are simply “pretty good,” there’s a good chance you won’t make it here.
