Lead Offshore Technician

Our offshore wind client is hiring for Lead Site Technicians. This role will involve supervision and training as needed of Site Technicians and daily task planning. The crew of (union) Site Technicians will be responsible for maintenance of a large crane, lifting systems, and manual hoists, general maintenance and inspections of mechanical systems, servicing and repair of generators, and general walk-downs/checks. This role will involve going and working offshore, so willingness to obtain necessary certifications at own cost (listed below) is required, and experience working offshore is HIGHLY desired.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience
• Previous experience leading/managing a crew
• GWO: Sea Survival, Working at Heights, First Aid, Fire Awareness, Manual Handling
• BOSIET/HUET including CA-EBS
• OGUK Medical + Chester Step Test
