Job Summary:
ReliaTerre LLC is hiring Renewable Land Agents / Landmen to negotiate solar, wind or similar agreements within project areas located in Illinois.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with landowners and stakeholders.
Negotiate and acquire easement/lease agreements for wind, solar energy development and related agreements from landowners with a comprehensive understanding of the terms and conditions of the Companys agreements.
Possess a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
Ownership of assigned projects, including managing deadlines, multiple project objectives and project timelines.
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and various land database software.
Ability to travel 50%+.
Land Agent / Landman experience.
Local to Illinois preferred.
