**Travel Required**

Summary:

Seeking dedicated and skilled Laborers to assist in the construction and installation of foundations for transmission lines and substations. This role is critical in supporting the construction team in various tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and assisting with the forming and finishing of concrete foundations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in site preparation for the construction of transmission line and substation foundations, including clearing, excavating, and leveling sites.
  • Handle and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the worksite.
  • Support Concrete Finishers in setting up forms, pouring concrete, and applying finishing touches to the foundations.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced workers, adapting to various tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
  • Participate in team efforts to meet project timelines and quality standards.
