To support our growth, we are seeking a talented individual to join our IT team in Atlanta, GA, as an IT Specialist II. Qualified candidates will have experience as an IT Network or System Administrator in a large, global organization and are comfortable as an individual contributor on a team. This position is responsible for managing, improving and troubleshooting IT Network/System issues for our local Atlanta office as well as remote sites in the US, Columbia, Mexico and Brazil. The incoming will report to the Business Service Center (BSC) PI team leader and will be is based in our corporate office in Atlanta, GA.


Responsibilities, Skills, Knowledge and Experience
:

  • Plan, design, install, configure, administrate, diagnose, and troubleshoot further developing the local network and server infrastructure.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot hardware/software faults, as well as monitor & supervise the entire network operation, both LAN & Wi-Fi systems.
  • Work with various project teams to implement changes around network technologies and upgrade in alignment with company strategy.
  • Maintenance Azure, on-premiere server and network equipment (Azure, AWS, Citrix, Circuit, WAN, LAN, and Wireless)
  • Maintenance and manage Cloud PC (Personal Virtual Machine)
  • Assistant and support laptops, PC, and IT hardware (Video conference equipment, printers, scanners etc.)
  • Manage network and data security systems (DLP, SASE, NAC, and Firewall)
  • Understanding MS Product o365, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams, and Shared Point.
  • Maintenance server room HVAC
  • Work with various project teams to implement changes around network technologies and upgrade in alignment with company strategy
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support at the home office location, when required.
  • Communication skill with different cultures and languages.
  • Voucher processing for IT investments and expenses

Minimum Qualifications/What We Need to See


Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in IT preferred or Bachelor Degree with equivalent IT Experience or other Business-related degrees.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in a similar IT position.
  • 3+years of experience for network or system administrator positions required.
  • Experience with Azure, Network (Cisco), Fortinet, Windows 10, o365, ERP(SAP) highly preferred.
  • Required to communicate with HQ in Korea.
  • Partner with team members on vacation or traveling to ensure responsibilities are covered.
  • Special projects as assigned.
  • Adaptability and agility in working in a multi-cultural professional environment.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual Spanish, Portuguese or Korean is a plus
