Issuing Operator – Swing Shift – Part Time

Nature’s Sunshine is looking for the best Issuing Operator out there to become one of our Production Experts providing the healing power of nature with the highest quality product to our customers.

PART TIME -Swing Shift FLEX 4 HOURS: 3:00 pm- 9:00 pm, Monday-Thursday

Summary

• Set up scales and other issuing equipment
• Issue product-to-work orders
• Monitor quality of production runs by the use of scales
• Compare product with prior runs
• Operate mixing equipment
• Operate bin washing equipment
• Recommend changes to operational procedures on a run-by-run basis, as conditions change
• Clean equipment and room thoroughly
• Maintain records of production runs
• Communicate relevant information to coworkers
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience using metric system weights and measurements
• Experience with operating processing equipment
• Basic math skills
• General computer skills helpful
• Experience following written instructions and procedures
• Experience keeping accurate records on work orders
• Ability to maneuver heavy weight
• Experience with tasks requiring proficient hand-eye coordination
• Experience working effectively in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
