Investment Relationship Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investment Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our investors, ensuring they are well-informed and satisfied with their investments. You will act as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and will play a key role in supporting our fundraising efforts and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors.
• Serve as the main point of contact for investor communications, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates on company performance and developments.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports, presentations, and updates to investors on a regular basis.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of investor meetings, calls, and events.
• Support fundraising efforts by identifying potential investors and contributing to the development of investment materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, to gather relevant information for investor communications.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to the management team.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to investor relations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in investor relations, financial communications, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, investment strategies, and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in the energy sector is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
