We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative with a passion for sales. This role will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
High-Volume Outbound Calls:
- Engage with potential insurance agents/companies through outbound calls, making over 150 calls a day
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and qualify potential leads to build a robust sales pipeline
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Articulate the value propositions and benefits of the company’s products and services
Sales Cycle Management:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Negotiate terms and agreements to close sales effectively
CRM and Sales Tools Utilization:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
- Utilize sales automation tools to streamline the sales process and improve efficiency
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Track key performance metrics and sales targets
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, Inside Sales, telesales, or call center environments (preferred)
- Strong phone and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly
- Deadline and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
- Experience making over 100 calls a day, including both cold and warm calls
- CRM experience and proficiency in sales automation tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Previous sales experience in Solar, Digital Marketing, or B2C sales (e.g., debt consolidators, tax relief, insurance agents) is a plus

Compensation:
- Base Pay: $17.10 Hourly base plus UNCAPPED Commissions and Performance Bonuses
- First Year On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000
- Top Performers: Surpassing $150,000 in their second year
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PST
- Onsite at our Newport Beach, CA office
