Position Overview
We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Associate who will be responsible for supporting the expansion of Nevados sales and client base through account and pre-award project management. The role will include ongoing client relationship management through regular correspondence, collaborative activities with internal and external stakeholders, including potential and existing clients, and preparation of proposals, and other supporting sales documentation. You will actively collaborate with both the client and Nevados engineering, supply chain, and sales teams to gather and provide project opportunity updates, necessary actions, pricing information, and more. This role will interface with senior level personnel within Nevados as well as within the clients organization. We are a remote team, and you will be expected to be largely self-driven.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new opportunities from potential and existing accounts
  • Build and nurture client partnerships
  • Ensure a positive and high-quality client experience through all interactions
  • Gather information to accurately identify client needs
  • Support client due diligence and onboarding process
  • Collaborate and serve as a liaison between the client and Nevados engineering team to ensure technical questions and necessary actions are communicated
  • Research and keep up-to-date on industry news, competitors, and opportunities to differentiate/innovate
  • Have full knowledge of the Nevados ecosystem of products and appropriately translate this vision to clients to form long-term partnerships
  • Utilize Salesforce to keep accounts, opportunities and contacts up-to-date

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an inside sales or related role. Experience working within the solar industry is preferred
  • Ability to apply technical product knowledge to sales strategy. Technical product sales is an asset
  • Time management of multiple customers and opportunities at once
  • Ability to work with internal and external teams to swiftly and accurately satisfy customer requests
  • Fluent with Salesforce software (preferred)
  • A team player with strong communication, computer, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Actual base salary may vary depending on job-related factors, which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
