We’re now looking for an associate level Inside Sales. This position is a full-time, remote working position.

Your challenges:

  • Deliver exceptional customer sales experience from initial contact through to installation.
  • Conduct engaging online sales presentations, assess customers’ knowledge and needs, and build strong, lasting relationships.
  • Create and implement effective self-generated sales strategies, generate leads, and set appointments with potential customers.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting to installation, by diligently following up with all leads.
  • Accurately track and report outcomes using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Achieve the minimum sales targets established by sales leadership.

Your profile includes:

  • Available to work five days a week, with flexibility to cover weekends, evenings, and occasional holiday shifts.
  • Excellence in English(Verbal and Written) communication.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the solar industry.
  • High proficiency with technology, including the use of computers and various software applications.
  • Knowledge of solar industry and related products/services, sales and marketing principles and strategies.
  • Organized, details oriented, ability to influence sales through telemarketing efforts.
  • Experience working for an international organization is a plus.
