Primary Responsibilities
The primary duties of the Industrial Energy Transition Lead will involve identifying and pursuing opportunities to support new and existing clients to establish energy targets and develop strategic plans, initiatives, and roadmaps for realizing these goals. Responsibilities for this position will include internal and external client and business development, market penetration strategy development and implementation, and serving as a technical consultant and/or client/project manager for strategic projects primarily in electrification, electrified and hydrogen mobility, distributed generation and other emerging markets.
The candidate will also work with Industrial and Power Market sector leadership on implementation of HDRs national market approach and overall strategy. The Leader will be expected to establish and maintain strong client relationships and an in-depth understanding of clients business objectives.
