Job Description:

We are looking for motivated Inbound Customer Development Representatives (ICDRs) to join our dynamic team. This role focuses solely on cold calling leads, generating utility bills, and setting appointments for our sales team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to potential leads and engage them in conversations about our renewable energy and utility savings programs.
  • Generate and collect utility bills from prospects to assess their energy usage and suitability for our programs.
  • Set appointments for our sales team to further discuss and offer our solar solutions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly targets: Collect 3-5 utility bills and set 2-3 appointments.

Training and Development:

  • Comprehensive training program covering cold calling techniques, solar technology, sales strategies, and industry best practices.
  • Access to ongoing training and development resources through in-person sessions and an extensive online platform.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Performance-based commission structure with uncapped earning potential.
  • Average first-year earnings range from $56K to $88K, with top performers earning significantly more.

Qualifications:
– Proficient in English with excellent communication skills
– Strong data entry abilities and experience in customer service

Pay: $56,000.00 – $88,000.00 per year
