Responsibilities:
– Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
– Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
– Test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning properly
– Follow blueprints, schematics, and other technical instructions
– Guide and advise customers on selecting the most appropriate air quality systems
– Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems
– Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
– Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customers’ requirements
– Assist with customers’ queries and provide exceptional service
– Be available to work on-call as needed
Requirements:
– EPA Certification and HVAC Certification
– Minimum 5 years of experience as a Service Technician or Installer in the HVAC industry
– Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
– Proficiency in advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in confined spaces and lift medium weights up to 75 pounds
– Willingness to work after hours on weekdays and occasional Saturdays
