Responsibilities:

  • High volume recruiting
  • Coordination with staffing agencies
  • Job fair coordination and attendance
  • Manage the human resource recruiting/staffing function.
  • Ensure adequate staffing is being provided by sourcing candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
  • Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing/developing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
  • Manage onboarding and new hire process.
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Partners with employees and management to communicate various human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards, and other government regulations.
  • Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database as needed.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or advance degree in human resources/administration/business administration and other related majors
  • Human Resources Certificate a plus 
  • More than 3 years of human resources related work experience in manufacturing enterprises
  • Familiar with HRIS systems, preferable ADP Workforce Now
  • At least two years of Corporate Recruiting experience 
  • Must be willing to increase knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening method
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations 
  • Ability to establish familiarity with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
  • Ability to work with autonomy and resolve issues
