As the HR Advisor supporting AXA XL US, you will work closely with the HR Business Partner team to support various employee relations topics.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

  • Building upon advisory responsibilities by gaining more experience and exposure within local team.
  • Supporting local team in the planning, coordination and execution of annual HR Programs and initiatives locally.
  • Supporting senior level staff to deliver an effective and responsive HR service locally.
  • Assisting in the planning and coordination of annual HR programs (and other initiatives as necessary) under the direction of senior HR leaders.
  • Acting as HR expert in myHR functionality and maintain a reliable methodology for report generation.
  • Partnering across various HR functions.
  • Providing HR data and information to meet statutory, regulatory and management information requirements.

  • Experience of varied HR experience, ideally in a matrix environment, preferably in financial services or the insurance industry.
  • Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to convert data into insightful presentations.
  • Excellent proactive organization skills and ability to plan and prioritize work.
  • Highly customer focused, maintaining a professional attitude always.
  • Shows initiative in acting and responding appropriately.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels.
  • Understands and appreciates the importance of using discretion and confidentiality.
  • Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Highly responsive to changing demands.
  • Accurate and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Advanced Word, Excel, MS Outlook, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with HR databases would be advantageous.

The U.S. pay range for this position is $53,000 $95,000. Actual pay will be determined based upon the individuals skills, experience, and location. We strive for market alignment and internal equity with our colleagues pay.
