HR Position Summary: responsible for facilitating human resource processes at our Lost Creek site and operational and corporate offices, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training and administrative functions. Will assist with recordkeeping, evaluation processes, processing of data and maintenance of HR listings (e.g., organizational charts, phone and office lists, file audit records). Will interact with staff to address work-place issues and questions, and support supervisors with guidance on performance and conduct issues. Will assist with clerical and administrative functions outside HR as needed. Confidentiality and trust key.

Seeking a qualified candidate with three – five years’ experience in HR support and competent knowledge of HR/employment practices and law. College degree and/or human resources certification(s) preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient computer skills using MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.). Solid organizational and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.

Job Location:

Prefer Casper-based office assignment, with regular duties at Lost Creek north of Rawlins; alternatively, may office at Lost Creek, north of Rawlins with responsibility for Casper and other mine site offices.
