As part of our newly established role, the HR and Training Coordinator will play a vital part in our organizations success. This integral position supports the Human Resources and Training Department, ensuring a seamless onboarding process and a positive experience throughout the entire employment lifecycle.
As a valued member of our Shared Services team, the Coordinator will provide exceptional customer service to employees, maintaining data integrity and quality throughout the entire employment lifecycle.

What you will do

Responsible for clerical and administrative duties related to the delivery of training and organizational development programs to include training events, coordinating with instructors, maintaining accurate and up to date hard and digital training records
  • Assist the Training Director on required training requirements for new hires and current team members course assignments and reporting training data, generate reports, and provide insights
  • Provide support on training-related projects and initiatives, contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives
  • Assist the Onboarding & Engagement Specialist with pre-hire processes, ensuring new hires properly complete on-boarding paperwork, assisting with weekly new hire orientation coordination and post-hire ERP data entry
  • Manages the company Substance Abuse & Background compliance programs
  • Provide support with Shared Services initiatives and various compliance projects

What you will need to succeed

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills
  • Conceptual thinker with fantastic organization and time management skills
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationships
  • Keen attention to detail and deadlines
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to all levels of employees
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variable in situation where only limited standardization exits
  • Ability to maintain Strick confidential information in all aspects of Human Resources
  • Reliable Team Player

Preferred experience

  • Preferred 2-4 years experience in a HR or Training administration role
  • Familiarity with traditional and e-learning platforms
  • Experienced in person and virtual presenter
  • SHRM/AIHRs certification a plus, but not required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus, but not required
