Position Overview

In this role, you will drive strategic initiatives, forge key partnerships, and envision procurement strategies that propel our organization to new heights. What You’ll Do

Act as a pivotal link between manufacturing entities, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders to develop and implement long-term commercial procurement strategies.

Lead a dynamic team of supply chain professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation both locally and globally.

Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to integrate legislative and regulatory insights into procurement strategies that drive business growth.

Develop and execute comprehensive global sourcing strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of critical materials and services, supporting our multi-gigawatt solar and storage projects across the US.

Cultivate strong partnerships with potential and existing suppliers, maximizing value and innovation.

Stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements, integrating them into procurement strategies.

Skillfully navigate physical and geopolitical risks, ensuring resilience against supply chain disruptions, assessing vendor risks, and adapting to market fluctuations and global dynamics.

Establish metrics and strategic alliances to secure uninterrupted access to global suppliers, supporting our ambitious growth objectives.

Must Haves

12+ years of leadership experience in supply chain or procurement roles.

10+ years of experience in strategic leadership within the solar and/or storage development sector.

Proven success in building and managing international relationships within the renewable energy procurement industry.

Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Deep expertise in procurement best practices, solar and storage manufacturing capabilities, global regulatory landscapes, and market dynamics.

Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed strategic recommendations.

Executive presence with demonstrated success in communicating and influencing C-Suite executives.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in international business, economics, engineering, or global supply chain management; Master’s degree preferred.

Working Environment And Physical Demands

This role may require domestic and international travel up to 25%.
