What You’ll Do

Act as a key liaison between manufacturing partners, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders to craft and execute long-term procurement strategies.

Lead and inspire a diverse team of supply chain professionals across domestic and international locations.

Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to anticipate and leverage legislative and regulatory developments affecting procurement.

Develop and implement comprehensive global sourcing strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of critical materials and services, supporting our multi-gigawatt solar and storage pipeline in the U.S.

Cultivate strategic partnerships with potential and existing suppliers, maximizing mutual value creation.

Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating innovation into our procurement strategies.

Expertly navigate physical and geopolitical risks, addressing challenges such as supply chain disruptions, vendor risk assessments, and market dynamics.

Establish metrics and cultivate strategic relationships to ensure uninterrupted access to global suppliers, aligning with our growth objectives.

Must Haves

12+ years of leadership experience in supply chain or procurement roles.

10+ years in strategic leadership within solar and/or storage development, IPP, or EPC environments.

Proven track record of building and maintaining international relationships in the solar and storage procurement sector.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Deep understanding of procurement best practices, solar manufacturing capabilities, and global supply and demand dynamics.

Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.

Strong executive presence and effective communication skills, including experience presenting to C-Suite audiences.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in international business, economics, engineering, or global supply chain management; Master’s degree preferred.

Working Environment

Requires domestic and international travel (up to 25%).

Remote or hybrid work environment; no relocation required.
