Job Title: Graduate Program Carbon Capture Utilization & Storage

Location: Brookshire, Texas

Duration: 15-month Graduate Associate Program

Role Overview: The CCUS Graduate Rotation Program at MAN consists of 15 months of work with 4 or 5 segments of the company focused on Engineering, Service, and Sales of our core and decarbonization product portfolio. We are seeking highly motivated individuals with an undergraduate in engineering and a masters degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering with technical and social skills whose objective is to create business opportunities and new orders for the company. Promoter of MAN solutions in the entire market representing the brand and managing a cross-functional, cross-regional team in a diverse multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment. The goal is to build the foundations and find the right match for an eventual long time career at MAN.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Learn from different groups in the company and support each group in the process.
• Learn the details of our compressor portfolio and their respective industrial applications.
• Travel to customer sites and MAN manufacturing sites.
• Perform compressor selections and build budgetary proposals.
• Familiarize with reading API specifications and their respective comments and exceptions
• Support the aftermarket engineering team in Root-cause failure analyses.
• Rotation with project management team to assist in the execution of turbomachinery project.
• Support Sales team with market data analysis and CRM.
• Work with systems engineering team in the development of general arrangement, and PID drawings.
• Participate in customer meetings and vocalize our proposal.
• Preparation of quotes using in-house software tools.
• Learn from our bid management team on the process for firm technical and commercial proposals.
• Communicate effectively with customers. Ensure customer inquiries/orders/complaints are promptly, and satisfactorily handled.
• Manage professional relationships with the support organizations within the company.
• Prepare reports of the activities performed during the rotation program.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, chemical engineering.
• Less than 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably through internships or co-op programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
• Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the organization.
