This opening is part of Infineon’s Graduate Program. The Graduate Program gives an opportunity to gain enriching and diverse experiences, working side by side with experienced leaders to power your career. In your new role you will:
  • Be a key project lead of R&D backend operations to ensure products are developed in the most efficient way possible
  • Minimize the cost of project execution by looking for opportunities to reduce cycle time and optimize workflows.
  • Create bench setups for simple debug and checkout of products.
  • Document qualification requirements and create product qual plans to ensure the development of robust products.
  • Partner with the factory operations teams to enable smooth production ramp of new products.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering (Graduated within the last year)
  • An understanding of electronic engineering principles in areas including analog and digital circuits, power devices, and high-speed signal integrity
  • Capable of developing and sustaining process-driven methods for product development.
  • Demonstrated skills in problem solving, communications and teamwork
  • Ability to simplify complex and detailed standards and processes into actionable, easy-to-understand flows for product execution.
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be a self-starter
