What You’ll Do

As a Wind Edison Engineer, you will:

• Contribute to impactful and technically challenging projects in the wind power generation industry during four 6-month rotations in a variety of disciplines, including Design, Systems, Quality, Reliability, Digital, and Integration & Test.
• Enhance core engineering skills through Advanced Courses in Engineering, and business trainings with other GE Vernova Development Program members from other functions and locations.
• Receive technical training, mentorship, and coaching from world-class technologists and experienced technical managers.
• Grow technical expertise in your chosen field and expand skills in new areas.
• Have the opportunity to earn credit towards an MS degree in Engineering (if entering with a BS)

What You’ll Bring (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in the following Engineering majors from an ABET accredited university: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aero Engineering, Controls Engineering, Materials Engineering, Civil Engineering, or other Energy Engineering related majors will be considered.
• Overall GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0 without rounding

• You have proven scholastic achievements, proactive leadership skills, and prior intern, co-op, or research experience in design engineering or manufacturing.

Additional Notes: Employees with a permanent address more than 50 miles away from the work location are eligible for a relocation package upon joining GE Vernova as well as rotating between sites while on-program.

For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is 81,000.00 USD annual for candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree and 86,000.00 USD annual for candidates holding a Master’s degree. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
