The Fleet Coordinator will oversee and maintain the local fleet of vehicles. The Coordinator will work with all drivers to maintain daily logs and carry out basic maintenance tasks.
Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain DOT compliance for all vehicles and drivers. Manage daily vehicle inspection logs.
Maintain spare part inventory for basic vehicle maintenance.
Carry out basic vehicle maintenance as needed. Schedule maintenance and repair work at local garages as needed.
Perform facility maintenance and other duties as determined by supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience
Mechanical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot when needed.
Some auto mechanical repair and maintenance experience.
Desired attributes include organizational and time management skills, strong decision making and problem solving, team player and attention to detail.
Professional and courteous communication through phone conversations, email and text messaging.
Ability to establish priorities systematically with focus and organization.
Computer and Smartphone savvy.
