What You’ll Do

Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Financial Analyst to join our Finance team remotely. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate billing, manage accounts receivable, and support financial reporting. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and issuing invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to verify billing information.
  • Monitoring accounts receivable and maintaining general ledger transactions.
  • Analyzing billing processes for optimization opportunities.
  • Assisting with customer account reconciliations and financial reporting.
  • Developing financial models to support decision-making.
  • Supporting Incurred Cost Submission and other financial compliance activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is required due to government contract requirements.
  • Experience in government contracting, preferably with DOE or other federal agencies.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, including strong Excel skills and financial modeling expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Prior ERP and government compliance experience preferred.

Additional Information

  • This position is remote, with the expectation of working during Eastern Time Zone office hours.
  • U.S. residency is mandatory.
  • Employment is contingent upon contract award.
