What Youll Do:

The Finance Team Lead will support Army OEI in conducting the financial cost analysis and due diligence of large-scale renewable and alternative energy resilience projects, utilizing third party financing. The candidate will serve as team leader, ensuring consistency and accuracy in financial analysis assumptions, methodologies, and tools. Will conduct analysis of energy consumption, energy rates, life cycle cost analysis and tools used in preparing business case analysis for private investments.

What Youll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or economics.
  • Must have at least ten (10) years experience with financial analysis.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to provide leadership to collaborate and work with diverse teams.
  • Strong communication skills to provide clearly and succinctly recurring and ad hoc project updates and synthesizing information for key decision briefs.
  • DoD Secret clearance is required.
  • Army experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with financial analysis relating to energy consumption, energy rates, and life cycle cost analysis preferred.

Location Requirements

The position will primarily be based remotely.

Compensation

Expected Salary: $130,000 $140,000
