Job Description


Job Summary The Field Support Specialist oversees and ensures the quality of field installations by reviewing photos and communicating with installation crews on a daily basis. They maintain accurate records and verify compliance with standards. The role requires collaboration with installation teams and updating CRM systems while conducting closeout calls for our field teams who have completed their work. This position is a hybrid role located in Lehi, Utah.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate all field service close-out calls in a timely manner in accordance with SLAs
  • Effectively navigate the project review process within internal platforms such as Netsuite, SiteCapture, and Enphase
  • Successfully close all service tasks within the CRM
  • Verify quality of photos submitted for completed services
  • Create service cases if unable to complete services while on the call
  • Ensure Enphase Enlighten is commissioned to version 4.1
  • Update the CRM for all completed service cases
  • Update the CRM for Inspection Ready when applicable
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices
  • Stay informed about industry standards, regulations, and updates, integrating new knowledge into the quality control procedures
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience is required
  • 1+ year of solar experience is required
  • 1+ year of experience within a CRM is required, Netsuite is preferred
  • Ability to spend considerable time at a desk
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Intermediate knowledge and use of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work effectively independently and within a team environment
