Field Operative
  • This position requires frequent nationwide (and occasional international) travel. Flights & car rentals are paid for by the company, daily per diem is paid for all 7 days while away from primary residence. ***
  • This position starts at $24.00/hour, hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience.***

Job Description

Job Summary:

Field Operative are the face of the business on our customers’ sites. Our Field Operatives provide boots on the ground project oversight and support while acting as the eyes and ears for the Project Manager(s) at all Logisticus Group’s supply chain management services. The Field Operative(s) often support projects that are highly complex in nature, coordinating many moving parts and with many different players to ensure successful execution. The Field Operative(s) will provide supplier oversight management and act as a single point of contact for the Customer while onsite. The Field Operative is responsible for working in conjunction with the Project Manager to coordinate activities performed by both internal employees and our external suppliers in the field while ensuring the highest standards of Safety, Quality, and Operational Excellence. The Field Operatives are supported by a Field Operative Coordinator who supports the planning and scheduling for the Team and as well as by a Head of Field Operations who manages all aspects of the Field Operations program.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Current state issued driver’s license with acceptable driving history.
  • Ability to utilize the Company’s preferred and paid for method of travel – flights & rental cars.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to use an assigned laptop and utilize Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
  • Prior supervision or management experience highly desired.
  • Previous Quality Control/Quality Assurance experience highly desired.
