Job Description

PVcase is seeking a seasoned professional with at least 3 – 5 years of experience in field marketing to join our dynamic team. The Field Marketing Specialist will report directly to our Head of Demand Generation and will be instrumental in identifying, targeting, and developing tailored marketing programs for selected accounts in the United States and worldwide. Additionally, this role will support global Account-Based Marketing (ABM) activities and general field marketing activities worldwide.

  • Field Marketing Campaign Management: Plan, organize, and manage various field marketing campaigns, including Events, trade shows, local marketing initiatives, Meetups, networking events, Online events, and webinars.
  • Marketing Collateral Creation: Plan marketing collateral (PDFs, long-form content, videos) to support field marketing efforts with the support of our content team.

  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate for Success: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness.

  • ABM Support: Assist in identifying and targeting key accounts for ABM campaigns in the United States and globally.

  • ABM Strategy Development: Support the development and execution of comprehensive ABM strategies to engage and convert high-value accounts.

  • Direct Mailing Campaigns: Manage direct mailing campaigns as part of the ABM strategy.

  • 2 – 3 years of experience in field marketing.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing marketing campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of field marketing and ABM strategies and tactics.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus.

Salary Range: $70,000 – $85,000 gross yearly. The final offer will depend on experience, competencies, and expectations.
