Job Description

Power Control Systems for large industrial use. These are few examples of what we do and need Field Engineers for:

– Battery Energy Storage (let’s say 75 Megawatts), have power conversion electronics, take power from solar grids to large battery storage. Skill is someone that has done this in the past or someone we train them on in Cleveland.

– Cranes: The cranes that move cargo (large containers) from ship to port.

– Cranes: Cranes that move nuclear arms to submarine or navy ships.

– Port of Los Angeles- many of our controls are there, some in East Coast and also Jacksonville Port have some control systems that motions the cranes. Moves the entire container on large cane. (low voltage 480 volt)

– Paper Mills; controlling various sections of pulp to actual paper process for what we may have at home and use as paper towels or regular paper. Those drive controls require certain loads, speed and tension controls to keep the paper from breaking

– Steel mills project – large motor at a mill that makes pipes (metal pipes), and the motor are driven by a drive that we make.

– Solar environment – equipment that takes solar power to the grid – much like solar to large battery storage

– Medium drives on Oil Platform in middle of Gulf of Mexico and supplying the client with a motor that pulls oil out. That is medium voltage system in a dangerous environment.

-Trolley that gets power from overhead wires that goes into the carriage

Needs currently:

– Battery Energy Storage Industry

– Solar industry invertors (Solar farms and not the tech that goes to individual homes)

– Degree should really be in “Electronics”
