Solara Energy is a leading housecleaning service provider dedicated to delivering exceptional cleaning solutions to our clients across South Florida. We are expanding our sales team and seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join us as Outside Sales Closers.

Job Description:

As an Outside Sales Closer, you will be responsible for converting pre-set appointments and leads into successful sales. This is a face-to-face sales position that requires excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct face-to-face sales meetings with potential clients.
• Close sales by effectively presenting Busy Bee Cleanings services and benefits.
• Manage and follow up on pre-set appointments and leads provided by the company.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outside sales, with a strong track record of closing deals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Familiarity with Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.
