Executive Vice President of Operations

EVP of Operations | Utility Scale Solar | Full-Service EPC

We are partnered with an established Solar full-service EPC business who are looking to bolster their Executive Operational & Project Management team. You would be a pivotal figure in leading over 1GW of active construction, as well as building out the Project Management team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the P&L of all projects
• Develop effective strategies to recruit, develop, and elevate Project Execution workforce
• Partner effectively with other Officers and Snr Leadership to drive long and short-term strategy
• Ensure project leadership maintains excellent Customer relations, whilst also achieving project milestones, including cost, safety and schedule
• Effectively manage change orders
• Assure that all construction requirements, policies, and procedures are executed to highest possible standards and within industry requirements
• Ensure change orders are documented and accounted for
• Unwavering on safety and enforcing the highest standards
• Ensure construction management builds with the highest quality and reduces rework

Requirements:

• Over 20 years Construction project Management experience, preferably in the renewable industry
• Proven track record in successfully delivering on utility scale Solar projects
• Strong Project Management fundamentals including budget adherence, scheduling, and safety performance
• Experience dealing with subcontractors and/or self-perform work
• P&L experience for major projects
• Experience leading successful Project teams, including development of employees
• Multi-project execution experience needed
• Must be willing to travel to active sites as when needed
