We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented EV Market Development Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Market Development Associate, you will drive growth and market presence for our innovative power solutions in renewable energy. Conduct market research, identify opportunities, and contribute to strategic business development efforts.

As we continue to expand our highly successful sales team, we are seeking dynamic candidates to join us on the West Coast. Ideal locations include California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, Arizona, New Mexico, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct research on the electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure and EV fleet markets, identify trends, and analyze customer behavior.

· Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and technological advancements in EV infrastructure and fleet management.

· Identify and evaluate potential partnerships with companies and organizations that align with our EV goals.

· Cultivate relationships with industry stakeholders and collaborate on targeted campaigns and proposals for EV infrastructure and fleet solutions.

· Assist in executing market entry and expansion strategies specific to EV infrastructure and fleet services.

· Recommend pricing strategies and distribution plans tailored to the EV market.

· Monitor competitors in the EV infrastructure and fleet sectors and share actionable insights.

· Represent AK Power Solutions at industry events, conferences, and trade shows focused on EV technologies.

· Publish market insights and thought leadership pieces on EV infrastructure and fleet management trends and innovations.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or Renewable Energy.

· Experience in renewable energy or green technology is a plus.

· Passion for sustainability and renewable energy.

· Strong analytical and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

· Proficient in market research tools, CRM, and MS Office.
