EV Infrastructure Advisor

We are actively seeking a motivated and dynamic Independent Sales Contractor to join our team as a real estate negotiator specializing in digital infrastructure, encompassing mobile telecom, renewable energy, and EV charging. We offer comprehensive training, background support, materials, opportunities, processes, and ongoing assistance to ensure your success as an integral member of our team. 

As a 1099 contractor, your responsibilities will include following up on provided leads, negotiating with property owners, closing sales, and cultivating enduring client relationships. This position affords the flexibility of independent work while presenting substantial earning potential based on performance. Additionally, for select candidates, there is the possibility of transitioning into permanent roles through our temp-to-hire program, offering further career advancement opportunities within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service and support to guarantee satisfaction and foster repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy: Devise and execute effective sales strategies aimed at meeting or surpassing sales targets and objectives.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to pinpoint new business opportunities and avenues for expansion.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions outlined by our clients for property leases and agreements with prospective landlords, ensuring mutually advantageous outcomes.
  • Reporting: Maintain precise records of sales activities, client engagements, and pipeline progress. Regularly furnish management with comprehensive reports on sales performance and forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a contract negotiation role. Experience as an independent contractor or in real estate is advantageous.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in verbal and written communication, with the ability to effectively present and persuade.
  • Self-Motivated: Capable of working autonomously, efficiently managing time, and maintaining motivation without direct supervision.
  • Customer-Centric: Possesses a strong dedication to customer satisfaction and the development of enduring relationships.
  • Adaptability: Able to adjust to evolving market conditions and modify sales strategies accordingly.
  • Technological Proficiency: Comfortable utilizing CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant sales tools.

Additional Information:
