What You Can Expect
As our Equipment Operator 3rd Class, at Georgetown University you will be responsible for assisting in the safe, legal, reliable and cost-efficient operation and maintenance of campus utility production and distribution systems of steam, chilled water, condensate, and domestic water. Every day you will help operate, monitor, and maintenance all utility system equipment, as well as participate in repair, maintenance, installation and upkeep of all Central Plant equipment and work areas. And you will report to the Shift Supervisor.

Hourly: $40.66 USD hourly
Your position is part of a bargaining unit represented by 1199 SEIU-United Healthcare Workers East. Many of the terms and conditions of your employment, including but not limited to work scheduling, wages, vacation, sick leave, and other benefits, will be governed by a collective bargaining agreement (the CBA) between the Company and the union.
