We promote a coaching model for safety and believe that winning at safety is like winning in sports. It’s not the effort of one person, but the focus and determination of the entire team.

Our team believes in a work hard, play hard approach to life. Many of our Project Safety Advisors (PSA’s) work six to eight months a year. The opportunity for overtime exists on most assignments which allows for our PSA’s to travel or spend time pursuing other interests while not on assignment. We offer a competitive hourly rate, fantastic benefits, an opportunity to work throughout the country, and a solid back office of support while you are in the field. No two projects are alike so there is plenty of opportunity to adapt and change to new situations.
