What is an Entry Level Solar Sales Representative?

In this role, you would be responsible for having face-to-face conversations with Homeowners, creating excitement about their potential to have solar panels, and scheduling Appointments to talk with our Solar Specialist.

The best part about working on the MPower team is that we love to promote from within, even our CEO, who started at this entry-level position. We offer training for ALL Field Reps looking to build a career in the industry as a Solar Specialist or Solar Manager. Two agents have been promoted to management in the last six months and are now running their offices in Brooklyn and Queens.

As this role has a high potential for growth based on performance and metrics, the ideal candidate is someone looking to build a long-term career in sales or renewable energy. The ideal candidate is someone with a positive mental attitude, who is naturally funny, a People person, Conversational, and Energetic.

How much are the Income Expectations

Due to Con Edison’s 2024 rate hikes, the current On-target earnings with Base Pay plus Commissions and Bonuses are $1400-$2000 Weekly.

What are the Responsibilities?

Generate Solar Appointments with Homeowners at the Door.

Ensure customers are excited and Sit for the appointment.

Help homeowners lower their power bills while Saving the Environment

Participate in daily in-office training to help increase your earning potential, team building and promotion opportunities.

Support Solar Specialists through effective communication and note-taking.

What are the Qualifications?

Experience In Customer Service Or Sales Preferred.
