Responsibilities

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with clients
  • Serve as the primary contact for providing white glove support and problem resolutions for clients
  • Participate in special projects for growth and development as needed
  • Follow established procedures, update documentation, assume ownership of end-user issues and strive to provide excellent service to all business partners
  • Maintain required documentation and records to meet best practices
  • Strive to meet individual and team goals

Requirements

  • Demonstrate a friendly and professional phone demeanor
  • Possess experienced interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and vendors
  • People-oriented – enjoy interacting with others and working on group projects
  • Have excellent customer service skills and written skills
  • Demonstrate positive and professional behavior with customers and coworkers
  • Have experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
