Engineering Manager, EPC

Company Summary: A Utility Scale developer of PV+BESS is looking to grow their team! With projects across the US and over 800MW of PJM projects in development, this company has a pipeline of over 5GW+ They are back by long-term equity investors as well. They are looking to bring on a remote Engineering Manager to support their pipeline growth!

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams to deliver renewable energy projects on schedule and within budget.
• Work with EPC teams to integrate engineering designs with procurement and construction.
• Provide technical guidance and oversee the review and approval of designs, specifications, and drawings.
• Implement quality control processes and manage engineering resources to meet project needs.
• Identify and mitigate risks, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 7+ years renewable or power experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and PVSyst
• Project management experience coordinating with vednors, stakeholders, and engineers
• Strong NEC & NESC knowledge
