Job Summary
This position, as an Energy Specialist on the Operations Team of the Conservation & Load Management (CLM) Department, is responsible for the Procure to pay Process for vendor payments, and supporting the Energy Efficiency programs, across MA, CT, and NY, with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining the CLM Operations Email Inbox, responding to payment and invoice requests within 24 hours.
  • Processing Invoices and Payments in SAP.
  • Creating Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders in SAP.
  • Maintaining the Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Inbox in SAP.
  • Running Cyber Security Evaluations and documentation.
  • Updating on all activities in Operations tracking tools to be reported to upper management regularly.
  • Providing program support with data entry, data analysis, and various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Supporting with process improvements and change management activities.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience or military service.
  • Results-oriented with critical and creative thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office, SAP, etc.)
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong cross-functional team skills, desire to serve co-workers and provide customers with excellent service.
  • Ability to travel as needed (approximately >10% of time)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in managing vendor payments
  • Electric & gas utility industry knowledge
  • Energy Efficiency programs and industry knowledge
  • SAP ERP Purchasing functions
  • Microsoft Office and Office365
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Proficient in SharePoint and TEAMS
  • PDF Editing (Adobe, PDF X-Change Editor)
  • CRM / DSM Systems
  • DocuSign
  • Ariba Purchasing systems (IBuy)
  • Legal Documentation
