Job Title: Energy Efficiency Consultant

Duration: 12 Months Contract to hire

Location: Berlin, CT (Hybrid)

Job Description:

• This position is responsible for providing project/program management services to customers for electric and natural gas energy efficiency projects.

• This position supports the development, promotion, and implementation of energy efficiency programs to meet established goal.

Hybrid- 2 days in office. Tue/Wed are team days in office. Wed is required

Education/Experience:

• 3 years related experience required.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

• Yes, potential for both extension and conversion to FT

• Support contractors in program that perform energy assessments/audits and weatherization work.

• Review projects, review projects. Some project management

• Works on customer issues

Education & Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 3 years related experience required.

Technical Skills:

• Required

• MS Office

• Computer skills

• Project Management

• Financial principles

• Requires ability to interpret energy efficiency / renewable technologies and services and understand their application.

Desired:

• BPI certification

• AEE CEM certification
