About This Opportunity
We are seeking a Program Delivery Manager (ESIP) who will represent Cascade Energy as the third-party contractor and is responsible for delivery of Bonneville Power Administrations (BPA) multifaceted, large-scale Energy Smart Industrial (ESI) efficiency program in the Northwest. The PDM II (also known in the field as Energy Smart Industrial Partner, or ESIP) acts as the single point of contact for coordinating ESI program offerings and resources and assists electric utilities in representing the ESI program to industrial end users and facilitates the development and implementation of energy saving projects. The PDM II is a facilitator between the industrial participant, the local utility, and other stakeholders. The role integrates ESIs program resource for each local utility, to help achieve their energy efficiency goals and objectives. This role also provides support to other ESI staff on areas of specific industry knowledge and expertise.

What You Will Be Doing:
The person in this role will make occasional site visits to industrial facilities to identify, scope, assess, and M&V projects. These site visits will require the use of appropriate PPE including, but not limited to steel-toe, leather boots, bump cap, hearing protection, eye protection, etc. In-plant field work may also require work in climbing up staircases, ladders, etc.
This is a full-time, exempt position to be located preferably in Central Washington state (Yakima, Ellensburg, Tri Cities, Moses Lake). Travel to the Okanogan County area may require periodic 2-3 day overnight trips. There will also be occasional trips to Portland, Walla Walla, and/or other parts of the ESI territory. For this travel, you must have reliable transportation and a current/valid drivers license. Travel costs will be reimbursed at current Federal level.

Compensation & Benefits
Our total rewards include competitive pay and excellent benefits. These include health (90% paid for team member, 70% paid for dependents on HDHP plans and 85% paid for team member, 65% paid for dependents on PPO plans), vision, FSA or HSA options with an employer contribution, life insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, paid parental leave, 401k retirement plan with a guaranteed 3% contribution, Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP), annual cash performance bonus, paid vacation, sick time, and an inclusive, flexible paid holiday policy. New for 2024 we are excited to add an additional wellbeing contribution of $500 for HSA, FSA, or LSA (Lifestyle Spending Account).
The salary range for this position in Central Washington state is $87,100 – $128,900. However, final salary offered may vary depending on non-discriminatory factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experiences, and geographical location if different than the above.
