Job Description

VP Executivesis a vibrant, fast-paced customer acquisition firm specializing in customer service, lead generation, and product sales. We are currently hiring for our Solar campaign, whose mission is to make clean energy a universal standard and fight against climate change. After entry-level training courses, the Energy Customer Service Representatives will be able to have essential discussions with customers, troubleshoot concerns, and answer questions about the services we offer.

As an Energy Customer Service Representative, someone in this position will have the opportunity to build a portfolio of customers, helping support them with their energy contracts and any other energy needs. This person will be surrounded by progressive, goal-driven colleagues who are there to support their new professional career.

Responsibilities of the Energy Customer Service Representative:

  • Interact directly with customers concerning their energy solutions.
  • Building new accounts and promoting our new offers to existing clients.
  • Finding/engaging new clients and subsequently retaining them for the long-term.
  • Developing and maintaining healthy, long-term relationships with clients and energy suppliers.
  • Always professionally represent the company, ensuring quality customer service.
  • Abide by all policies, rules, regulations, and standard operating procedures of the department and company, including all applicable safety rules, regulations, and procedures.
  • Represent our client in a professional, friendly, and honest manner at all times.
  • Multitask in a high-volume work environment without sacrificing quality.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience working in a customer-facing environment such as retail, sales, hospitality, or a similar field.
  • Thinking critically to discover and solve complex problems.
  • Taking the initiative to meet goals and contribute to team performance.
  • Following through on detail-oriented work.
  • Taking responsibility for individual and shared tasks.
  • Valuing and providing strong customer service to consumers.
  • Capable of identifying, winning, and retaining clients.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,000.00 – $56,000.00 per year
