About This Position
Brightworks Sustainability is seeking an Energy Analyst 2 to join our team of climate responsive design experts in providing a vast range of services and sustainability problem solving across the U.S. and the world.
This individual will engage with design teams and facility operations teams, and execute studies to inform decision making that aligns with clients energy efficiency and carbon reduction goals. If you are passionate about conducting energy studies and modeling to support efforts such as decarbonization, Living Building Challenge and LEED certification, and corporate sustainability (ESG) initiatives, this role may be for you.

The preferred location for this position is Brightworks headquarters office in Portland, Oregon.
Other Brightworks office locations will be considered. Remote position may be considered in areas where Brightworks currently has remote employees.
Compensation
The salary range for this position in Portland, OR is $77,700 – $94,500 per year.
Starting pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, external market value, internal pay equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. Starting salary offers will typically be made in the bottom half of the listed range. In compliance with Equal Pay for Equal Work Acts, a potential new employees salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.?
