The Electric Meter Engineer position is to be AES Ohio’s metering expert. This position will become the in house subject matter expert on our existing metering equipment deployed; from residential metering to interconnect meters.
This position will be responsible for programming electronic meters and will learn AES Ohio’s interval metering software as well as future applications including but not limited to: MDM, CIS, OMS, ADMS, AMI Head-End System, Field Service Management application. The Meter Engineer will also learn all ANSI standards as they pertain to metering and ensure AES Ohio is in compliance with these standards.
