This position is w2 and offers salary plus commission and is bonus driven with overrides on the entire sales team. Different companies pay different ways, we pay by the watt here and have the best pricing in the industry and offer a generous split on commission earned in addition to your base salary. High earning potential, and most importantly upward mobility as we are looking for a SHARK to help us grow and scale!

In addition to closing solar deals, you will also have the freedom to sell roofs and double dip as we are a roofing company! To be CLEAR this is a solar sales position, with the added benefit of being able to sell roofs in addition.

Requirements:

• Self Generate business primarily not but limited to knocking doors in residential neighborhoods
• Building, Maintaining, Managing, Training sales team
• Always have a positive attitude and the ability to learn.
• Have an outstanding work ethic and personal drive to succeed.
• Provide the proper feedback to the manager in a timely fashion.
• Understand, educate and inform customers about all the benefits of solar.
• Same Day Closing ability !
• Two Touch Closing Ability !
• Strong Follow Up organizational skills!
• Accurately keep records on customer information.
• Stay in touch with your appointments/deals to ensure they stick/install.
• Represent Lewis Roofing at all times with the utmost degree of professionalism.
• Perform other duties or responsibilities as required
• Willing to self generate business in addition to closing company pre set appointments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales
• Minimum of 2 years experience self generating business
• Hard working and competitive
