Serving customers for over 55 years with a reliability rate of 99.99%, were developing more than a dozen new low-carbon district energy systems across North America, including the revitalization and decarbonization of our downtown Vancouver steam plant which will be one of North Americas largest thermal fuel-switch projects and provide downtown Vancouver with renewable energy infrastructure for decades to come.
The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Director, Development, you are a key member of the Development team. You will focus on advancing low-carbon district energy systems in both new and existing buildings. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and world-class consultants, bringing to life unique energy infrastructure that provides low-carbon heating and cooling to buildings. You will:
Represents Creative Energy as a brand ambassador, advancing the Creative Energy brand within target markets.
Qualifications and Experience:
You have 5+ years of experience in technical design or optimization of hydronic heating and cooling HVAC systems and experience working on projects more than $5M. You achieved a degree or diploma in a relevant Engineering discipline, with a background in thermal energy and/or building design and an affinity for energy/financial modelling, as well as experience or desire to participate in business development.
Specialized Skills and Knowledge:
Solid time management, organizational and planning skills and demonstrated flexibility coping effectively with changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
