Your Impact:

Pearce seeks a motivated Dispatch / Intake team member to join our rapidly growing national telecommunications and renewables services company. This key role supports our Field Teams by receiving, processing, and dispatching callouts for field technicians working in multiple service lines and in multiple states.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the dispatch team, field managers, and technicians to ensure all jobs receive a timely response by a qualified technician.
  • Work with our proprietary online cloud-based system and update job statuses.
  • Receive Customer job requests and input into the system
  • Communicate with Customers

Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.

Core Experience

  • Customer service experience is highly preferred.
  • Able to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Able to work well in a team environment and take on odd projects when needed.
  • Able to work independently with little supervision.
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. and comfortable using technology)
