Responsibilities

  • Leads the Supply Chain department, defining and implementing Supply Chain strategy, standards and guidelines in area of responsibility.
  • Takes care of effective risk management measures.
  • Ensures efficiency of Supply Chain operations.
  • Takes final decision on Supply Chain area, budgets and decides resource allocation.
  • Responsible for Supply Chain related KPIs.
  • Heads organization assigned and leads all related management and staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelors’ degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or other related field or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education. Masters’ degree preferred.
  • 10 years of experience in complex supply chains; including supplier management, manufacturing, and logistics; solar industry experience preferred.
  • Good, proven project and program management skills. Ability to develop, plan, and implement strategic short- and long-range goals.
  • Effective team leadership skills with ability to facilitate a cooperative work environment, motivate, coach, and facilitate employee development and performance.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of business units in a global organization.
  • Proven proficiency in analysis and problem solving with a risk mindset.
  • Ability to develop and facilitate positive relationships and collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Combined operational and financial acumen.
  • Willingness and ability to travel if required by projects
