Director of Subcontracts- SOLAR EPC UTILITY

Locations: Remote, US

Salary: 215K-245K

Bonus: Up to 15%

The Sr. Director/Director of Subcontracts is responsible for managing and leading subcontracting efforts from RFP to contract execution, prepare highly customized downstream contracts which involve the integration of many diverse elements of high cost which entail PV, PV plus storage and standalone storage projects. We are looking for people that have negotiated civil, mechanical, electrical, and substation agreements.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Construction Contracts Management and/or Procurement.
• 5+ years of experience in Solar industry with utility scale of PV/PV plus Storage procurement of material and/or subcontracting.
• We are looking for folks that have negotiated civil, mechanical, electrical, and substation agreements.
• Project estimating experience required
• Knowledge in contracting and change order management required
