Job Summary:
We seek a dynamic and vibrant Director of Business Development to lead our efforts to expand our market presence and enhance our revenue streams. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in the energy sector, with a proven track record of successful business development, strategic partnerships, and market expansion. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the global and local energy markets. Experience in entering and existing markets is essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development and Implementation: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with Jazry’s mission and market opportunities within the energy sector.

Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new opportunities to increase market share and revenue. Lead market entry and expansion initiatives, including geographic and product line/service expansions.

Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and potential clients. Negotiate and close high-value contracts that contribute to long-term success.

Financial Planning and Analysis: Collaborate with the finance department to forecast and analyze business trends. Manage the business development budget and ensure resources are used efficiently.

CRM/Automation/Data extraction: assist in developing CRM tools, integrating MS 365 applications and automation, data extraction, and Validation.

Marketing campaigns: Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the company’s goals, monitor campaigns, and steer messaging to achieve optimum results.

Reporting: Provide regular reports to executive management on business development activities, market trends, competitive landscape, and strategic opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy markets, trends, and technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business development strategies.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams and departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability and flexibility to travel within the United States on short notice.
